Man, I don't really draw much outside of my comic any more. I've been playing some Old Republic recently though, and exploring some of the iconic Star Wars worlds is just the best. I was running my wee jedi around Hoth - such an awesome and atmospheric planet, especially the starship graveyard.

I scribbled this out in about an hour, though I might come back to it to iron out some details if I find the time.

Well I have to say, Red Moon Rising is pretty good. The story lacks some landscapes but all the facial expressions are good, there's humour and action, and I love the world you have created.
Thanks for you sharing your ideas like that, it's really fun to read!

Hey, cheers! Sorry to hear it lacks landscapes for you, I tried pretty hard with the location shots but I guess you can't win them all. At any rate, it's nice to hear you had fun reading it. :)

Yes, I MUST say I really enjoyed it, the world you created is captivating, and the caracters well designed. Good luck with the landscapes, they are not my strong point either... ^^ (althought I haven't tried with Scotland's, and they must be even harder than France's, with all the beautiful sky colors and all...).

I saw online that you had to stop because you were sick, I hope your health is better now?

Thank you very much. :) Do you have any tips to that end, by the way? Maybe just any landscapes from the pages you thought either worked or didn't work particularly? I haven't actually had this crit before, so I really want to follow it up and improve!

I don't know about Scotland's beautiful sky colours, it's often very steel grey here. I sort of like it that way though. And I've visited France several times, everywhere I went was very beautiful, north and south!

Actually I did get sick again just recently. One of my flatmates showed up with laryngitis after the new year and I don't think my immune system was really ready for it. So comic updates have been about half speed, unfortunately. Feeling a bit better now, though, thank you for asking. :)

About the landscapes, it is more that all characters are travelling a lot but we still see only very few landscapes, and when we do, they are foggy ... If you see what I mean! It is very much in the atmosphere of your comic, so I really like it, but I felt in need of more landscapes all the same ;)

I've spent only 12 days in Scotland, but we were apparently very much in luck as we had 10 days of bright sun during our stay! And the skies were beautiful... We especially enjoyed Pitlochry at sunset...

I wish you a good health back soon, do not worry too much about us mere readers in the meantime! ;)
